Would not recommend!! I intentionally went to Juro's to support a local business which I try to do as much as possible. I needed to purchase a blood pressure machine for a family member that had been in the ICU for more than a week due to uncontrolled high blood pressure. I wanted to feel comfortable that he would have a new "accurate" machine when he was released. When my daughter and I went into the store, no one attempted to help us and we had to find someone to ask where the machines were located. They were locked behind the counter so we waited our turn. The clerk was not overly informative but I figured that they have been a good local medical supply business for many years so I went ahead and purchased the machine. The machine was giving very inaccurate readings (up or down a lot when taken one right after the other). Also compared it to readings from another machine.. I took the machine in to return it and was informed that it was a non-refundable purchase. The receipt did not state that but the clerk readily showed me the sign hanging in the window, Seriously! I was making a purchase, not reading the signs in the window. She said I could contact the manufacturer and see about getting it re-calibrated (I would not ever feel comfortable with a "fixed" machine). This is basically a matter of life & death when you are dealing with very high blood pressure. I told her that we had already purchased another machine elsewhere and she then stated that maybe I could have this one fixed through the manufacturer and resell it. (Are you kidding me????) I left the machine on their counter to be disposed of and I am now out 52.98. Never again!! And they wonder why people shop at Costco.

Huge shout out to Juros! I work at a local clinic, and we had a mishap with our only wheelchair we have in the office for our patients. It was a bit of a time sensitive and unique situation I called them and explained what was happening. Let me tell you, Juros delivered! Without hesitation they let us borrow the type of chair we needed! They really went above and beyond, and really helped our patient. As well as our clinic. Thank you Juros, from the bottom of our hearts!
Very friendly, helpful & empathetic staff. Has tons of supplies ranging from back braces to motorized scooters. I would definitely recommend Juro's.
I have M.S. and my neurologist wrote me a prescription for a rollator. The staff was very helpful in helping me in choosing the right one for my needs.
The worst billing and customer service experience ever! I broke my leg and rented a scooter from Juros. I returned it and was told that I didn't owe anything. Then I got a bill in the mail. I called and again was told not to worry that I didn't owe anything. Now I am getting calls from them (restricted number) so I called again. This time I was told that the person(s) that I gave the scooter back to, as well as, the person I spoke to on the phone, do not actually work in the billing department. Geez...how about you guys get it together.

I have had multiple detailed conversations with both the pharmacists and the technicians at Juros regarding a compounded medication for my mother. They have been excellent to work with to say the least. Their communication style is incredibly kind, caring and importantly to me, efficient. They allowed to seamless delivery and payment of the medication for my mother whom lives out of town, they allowed me to badger them with unending questions, and have been kind and caring along the way. Being a provider in the medical system myself, I really look to individuals that care for their patients in the same way I care for mine. A large shout out to Karissa, whom provided me with research and literature on the medication as well as personal testimonials that helped me make an informed decision for my mother. I will continue to support them and they will always have our business!
I just found out that a prescription I have been getting filled the last three years from Juro's compounding pharmacy has contained an ingredient I had called and asked Mark to not include. This was my third call to this pharmacy about including ingredients that I had specifically requested not being included in my prescriptions after I had an anaphylactic experience in the middle of the night with a different compounded prescription. When I pointed out how this could be serious for others, even life-threatening, he showed little concern. I have been a long time customer... Maybe over 12 years. I am so disappointed at the lack of concern and care about customers' prescription ingredient requests. Mark was not empathetic and did not even apologize except at the end of the call, he abruptly said, "sorry, bye" and hung up before I could say good bye.
