Overall it was a great experience but they are very unprofessional when it comes to returning your calls. It’s been 2 occasions that I’ve called and the doctor was busy and I was told they’d call me back but never did. It was my first pregnancy and I thought I was having contractions and the second time was after I had my baby and I felt like I wasn’t healing properly so instead of going to my doctor I went to the ER. Other than that they do well.

I could not have gotten this far and delivered this baby without Dr. Lorie. She listens and truly cares. Professional and experienced. God bless Dr Lorie and her staff!

I went to this place to get checked out for a recurrent infection. The doctor told me she would send my sample to a lab to have it examined to see what specific type of infection it was and that she would call me when the results were in. I waited for over two weeks with no phone call. I finally called the office and asked if my results were in. The nurse told me it seemed as if the doctor had sent the sample in the wrong tube. I should have been notified about this as soon as they received this response! She seemed very unsure so she said she would ask the doctor and give me a call back. I never received a call. Normally I would forgive the original mistake because humans make mistakes, but it was extremely unprofessional for her not to call me and tell me about the mistake, but rather, ignore it and act like I was never a patient there. It put my health at risk because all the time I was sitting there waiting for a call, I was still suffering from the reason I made the appointment in the first place.

From the beginning I was skeptical about the entire ordeal. From only ONE doctor in the entire practice all the way to having to leave my urine sample in a bathroom on a table with other women’s samples (however I wanted to give her a chance). She was never on time for any of my appointments ( not even being with other patients but I would hear her in the hallway laughing it up with other staff members). Lorie Johnson showed absolutely no bed side manner for me as being a “first time mom” who had lost a baby the year before. Everything was it’s fine, that’s nothing to worry about etc. She informed me that if I did not deliver at the hospital she was contracted with then she would be sure to make it where I was. Fast forward to delivery day, she wouldn’t even send my prenatal paperwork to the hospital. The nurse in the delivery room stated and I quote I talk to her and she has yet to send the paperwork but who needs paperwork to deliver a baby. Fast forward baby was born happy and healthy, I needed to schedule my follow up appointment (unfortunately I was told with her) I proceeded to do so in which I was told I couldn’t be seen for six months because she didn’t deliver my baby. What if I was out of town? This was an emergency. Again she nor her staff showed any bedside manner. She does this little Talk About It Tuesday segment where she clearly discussed me going to another facility (how unprofessional). I was able to find another obgyn who would see me and he thought that the entire situation was ridiculous and being in the field felt that it was unprofessional. Come to find out she looses patients on a regular for matters as mine and unprofessionalism. I would NOT recommend her to anyone.

Very short experience. Made an appointment three weeks in advance. Went online got to know the doctor on her FB site. Then the day before appointment I call (not the office) to confirm and they say oh when I ran your insurance I discovered you don't qualify to be seen here. Well thanks for making me wait three weeks after making sure me and hubby were off to go. Now I get to find a better doctor but I have to go alone cause I can't wait until my spouse is off because it's already been weeks! And btw, I gave receptionist my insurance info the day I made appointment!!!
