my first time calling to request oil but The company does not run correctly... I made an appointment for oil .. they said they could not give me an exact time but they will be there so i stayed home that day , no one came no one called so I decided to go with another company . The point is If you can’t make it to a customer it’s common courtesy to give them a call and say something .... it’s been a week now still haven’t heard from them even though I don’t need their services or neither do I want the service now because of the situation Of not following through with an appointment or calling at all I believe they will take your money and not show up...
TREMENDOUS THROUGH THE LAST 10 YEARS PLUS. One incident I will never forget was last year snow storm at 8 inches I FAILED TO CHECK MY OUL LEVEL. They informed me the truck is out and deliveries are booked for the next two days. About 10:00 I received a call by the owner who was coming with 50 gallons. With six children sleeping in one one with a heater (that I recommend not safe) My wife just cried of joy as we praised God FOR JUST OIL..
