I have been renting from JWB for 2 years and I really have enjoyed my stay. I have had a wonderful property manager that answered all my e-mails fast and efficient. If my home had any problems someone was there no later then the next morning or by the afternoon of the same day the work order was reported. I will be starting another 2 year lease agreement in one of there other homes and I can't wait for the new beginning. Thanks Anna and the staff that you work with for never letting me down.

First, I would like to say I love JWB Rental. They were definitely there for me when I needed to find a home on short notice. My property manager Ashley Johnson, has been a breath of fresh air. Whenever I have a issue, Ashley is right there. I definitely recommend JWB rental for everyone. Great homes, Great people, and quality maintenance service. You won't be disappointed.

This was the worst company we’ve ever rented through. Not worth paying such a high rent when they expect it to be the tenant’s responsibility to take care of lawn maintenance, pest control, and they charge 100 fee any time you need maintenance, even if it’s not caused by the tenant. (For example, our garage door was broken our first week and they charged us 100 fee to get it fixed and it took WEEKS for them to come out and have it fixed. Our lawn mower and bike was stolen from our garage as a result). Our fridge was also completely broken upon moving in and they took over a week to fix it. As a result, we had to spend the whole first week either eating out or eating pantry food only.We had to break our lease early due to losing our jobs in the pandemic. They charged us 1,200 in “physical damages” on top of an outrageous early termination fee of 2,700! Apparently it costs 600 for them to paint some rooms?? They also charged us 40 for a lawn mow fee even though it was already mowed, and 160 cleaning fee even though we spent a whole day deep cleaning the house before we left! We wish we had never signed the lease agreement a year ago. Such a terrible experience. Please save yourself the money and headache and don’t lease with JWB.
