We've had our condo listed for vacation rentals with JZ since September 2020. It is at the lake of the ozarks so seasonal rentals are key. We did not expect much activity the first few months and through winter, but we were DEAD WRONG. We are ecstatic with the progress and income so far. JZ has just about every solution for what we ran into while getting the condo ready and it is completely hands off once you hit \the go button\. Highly recommended from a rental owner point of view and our visitors have been very happy as well!

I was looking for passive income and JZ has made that possible. Once I located what I thought would be a great short term rental, got JZ involved. They furnished the property and provided the supplies. They have provided full management and I receive a statement and direct deposit every month. We were online pretty quickly and after 10 months we are #3 in revenue for all of St. Louis. I couldn't be happier!
