They did a wonderful job with my vehicle, communicated throughout the time they had my vehicle. They have a Hertz right in their store. I dropped my vehicle off and had my car rental ready to go. You can never go wrong with this business, very courteous and professional. Adam, Nick and Jim were wonderful.

I called in to speak about a Preliminary Estimate on a vehicle. I wanted some clarification on the estimate and the parts that were being ordered and Nick Doler gave some serious attitude. \You have the estimate. Have you looked at it?\ We sat in silence for a good 10 seconds as I let him mull over the customer friendliness. Luckily, he was smart enough to transfer me after our extended silence to Adam Speck. Adam Speck was far more professional and gave a better explanation on it. I would give 5 stars to Adam Speck in a heartbeat.

K-Ceps is an outstanding company to work on Tesla’s. There’s not many companies in the Columbus area that can work on these cars, but I’m definitely glad these guys are in business. They went above what would have been expected to get my vehicle repaired. Compared to the competition in my experience, they had outstanding customer service and know how to negotiate with insurance companies. The car looks brand new again, and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company.
