We bought a vending machine from them a few years ago. The owner said that if we wanted to get rid of it at any time, call again and he'd buy it back. We left 3 messages with them last month to see if they would buy the machine back or move it for us and NO response. We eventually called another vending company to move it. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they were awesome when we initially bought it.

Professionalism, efficiency, and most of all kindness. After having a horrible experience with Silco we decided to change vending service. The first place I called was KK vending and was greeted by Michelle. She was so nice and helpfull and made me feel confortable when buying the machines. I've never been in the vending business, but Michelle and her husband made the experience a pleasant one. They helped me with shopping, programming, and servicing the machines. I highly recommend KK vending to anyone. Just by looking at their video on their website you will know why KK vending is the way to go. From the bottom of my heart, I thank you KK vending ....I will surely do business with them again.
