Very unprofessional! Kept us waiting for very long time just to be rude and rush me into cart only because I demanded a refund. The staff seems to not understand what a professional work environment is.The staff doesn't care about working. Seems to me that they weren't trained on customer service. I've been to different K1 speed locations and have never been treated like this before. I may not understand how to manage a business but I can assure you that this is the most mismanaged location I've visited. My recommendation is that they teach the staff to treat paying customers with respect. I really wanted to show my niece a good time but instead she was very disappointed. In conclusion I don't recommend this location. Carelessness would be an understatement to define the staff....

The best place to host a birthday party for your kids in the Oakland county area. Service and food was great, they have the best go karts hands down. We will be coming back to host another birthday party for the sibs.

Went with my girlfriend paid for a race, staff was impatient and rude. I waited 3 hours for a race and received an attitude for asking what was going on. I haven’t written a bad review in 5 years if that says anything. Completely unacceptable. Please go elsewhere.

The karting was fun but the staff was horrible. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I go to a lot of karting places and this was the worst experience. I first get there and sign in. I waited at the register for 15 minutes while I got ignored. 3 people where there and only one was busy. The first race was fine but the wait for the second race was horrible. They never but me in my second race. Waited around for a while and then I had to go up to the register to ask them what’s going on. They then put me in a race and told me I had to wait another 30 minutes when I just waited an hour. I watched several other people go multiple times while I waited the hour and 30 minutes.

Went there with a group of friends waited very long mulituple groups went INFRONT acting drunk and obnosoxious waited longer than them and paid before them too service is very bad don’t recommend
