This review is souly a customer service review thanks to their employee Michael, who was driving back from Waco. Wife and I had a flat, I had it handled but Michael pulled up behind us, let me borrow his jack and impact as well as offered us some waters before we parted. No it has nothing to do with product, but few people out there have amazing customer service in and out of the job. As he was wearing a company uniform he represented Kaeser as one of their employees regardless. More companies need guys like Michael working for them. If my wife had a flat without me I'm sure Michael would have been her hero!

Purchased a Sx 7.5 with an extended warranty. The first service was late so the warranty was cancelled without notice. Thinking my warranty was still in effect, The tech showed up and informed me that the compressor was broken. When they serviced the compressor, they told me they didn't know if the warranty would cover - but they could ONLY TELL IF THEY DID THE SERVICE FIRST - what a scam - they had already voided my warranty and had no intention of covering the repair.
Terrible customer service. I sure hope that they can get us taken care of and change our experience with Kaeser. They shipped the wrong equipment and now they can't seem to get it corrected. They have held us up from opening our final assembly plant for over 2 weeks and they don't seem to have any sense of urgency to help.
