I left an older tractor which had always been in a garage or shed the entirety of it's life, to be repaired in June 2020. I called every month as it passed mentioning how I know it is sitting outside and it's never been and if you can't fix it... I finally got a call 11/16 /2020 its finished the price jumped 100 from 3 weeks before when I was told what it was going to be and they would drop it over. Glad to finally get the tractor back, I quickly realized why they wanted to drop it back to me. There is now a huge rust chip off the rear part by the seat. The tractor was filthy, labels that were totally legible are now faded. This tractor was in really good physical appearance and the person who I left it with when I dropped it off was really impressed. I'm so saddened by this careless treatment of my tractor and really really unimpressed by the lengthy time to get it fixed and the lack of communication. I have had this tractor worked on at Kahn years before this and this was not the same experience at all so just beware. I also had a friend who had a similar experience in the lengthy time to get an item repaired there as well.
