Loved seeing the Hawaiian islands on Pride of America. Completely spoiled us. One thing we enjoyed was the way towels were folded into animals after our room was cleaned. I got a kick out of hanging our wet swimsuits with 25 lb magnets from the celling. Overall, an amazing experience!

Having been on 5 cruises now I am not a first timer or inexperienced in the cruise ship game. That said this has been by far the most disappointing cruise ever. The ship stays in the US and is smaller than some of the other ships in the NCL line. The Pride of America has very little shopping on board, no casino, lake luster entertainment and the food has been boring and sub par. We have witnessed crew members being rude not only to us but to other guests and the first day here we witnessed a screaming match between a cook and his boss during dinner. All beyond unprofessional. Our cabin person was however very attentive and professional. The security guards are like thugs who treat everyone like a criminal. I have NEVER seen this before on any other cruise line in any other port we have ever been on. Again this is in reference to NCL Pride of America in the Hawaiian Island area. We will NEVER again use NCL after this cruise even if it was free.

The cruise was very nice and the food was good. We just didn't find many people our age to hangout with. Also, I did catch a 24 hour stomach bug on the cruise, even though I felt everything was pretty clean.

Spent our 30th anniversary aboard the Pride of America cruising the Hawaiian Islands. What a great ship and crew. Highly recommended

The cruise was great ! I would give it 5 stars but the luau had great entertainment but by the time they called our table most of the food was GONE! I asked for them to refill the meat and was told that was all they had.I pretty much had rice and mashed potatoes for dinner. I then went to the dessert table to get dessert before it was gone only to find out all but one item was left. We booked this luau through Norwegian and paid for it months ago so they knew exactly how many people were coming.I would NOT recommend that you waste your money on the luau if you intend to get food. The rest of the cruise was perfect. The food on the ship was great. The ship was very nice and super clean. The staff was wonderful!

The hawaii cruise is very different from the cruises that go into international water. But both are wonderful. On the cruise in hawaii the are more restrictions on what they can sell, the activities offered, and drinking. However, since every day is a port day, the hawaii cruise doesn't need as much on ship to keep you entertained. Love it.

The ship was fine, it was fun to have an American crew but the back room operations lack a lot. The excursions were weak, and the support staff was clueless. Other cruise lines seem much more technically savvy.

Wonderful vacation! 5 ports in 7 days. The food was great and the hospitality was greater!
