What an amazing experience!! Brandon, our pilot was awesome! The ride was super smooth and he gave us so much information, absolutely worth it. I am so glad we did this expensive but, super worth trip! We did the West Maui and Molokai 60 minute tour and we saw everything from lush green mountains to the blue ocean to so many waterfalls. Kasey, was super amazing as well! The check-in was so easy and quick. Thank you for making Maui memorable. PS: make sure you book way in advance, they tend to fill up quickly. We also found a groupon coupon, so we only had to pay 183 for 1 person and then full price for the other. You are allowed to take your cameras so that's awesome. Kasey also lets you borrow a cell phone lanyard you can take with you on the helicopter. We took a tour at 7:30 am, the lighting and temperature was perfect.

Great experience. Pretty much a private tour given helicopter only seats 4 including the pilot. My wife and myself enjoyed the 3 Island Tour. We showed up early and instead of waiting the extra 30 minutes for departure we were brought straight to the helicopter and off the ground in no time. Open doors is the way to go. We did another helicopter tour on Kauai after this one and it just wasn't the same as this one. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the best doors off tour on Maui! Everyone has a window seat, and the experience was incredible! Our pilot was so knowledgeable, flew safe, and gave us the experience we were looking for. We upgraded to the VIP helicopter and it was worth every penny! This is the tour company for those looking for an adventure rather than being crammed into a 7 seat helicopter. The staff was very personable and went out of their way to make sure we had a great tour. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Exceptional customer service from the start! When we arrived, we were offered drinks in a comfortable lounge area. Sam, our pilot, kept an eye on the weather and luckily we were still able to take our flight. We took off and landed into a rainbow! It was amazing to see the rainbow from that perspective! Sam was knowledgeable and shared fun facts we didn’t know about the island. The views were incredible and took our breath away! Even though it was cloudy, Sam waited for a clearing to fly us through to see some waterfalls- our favorite part! I also want to note that Sam remembered both of our names. Little things like that show that they really make an effort to make the experience 5 stars. We are so glad we went with the door off option- it made it so easy for awesome views every direction you looked, and easy to take great pictures. We highly recommend and hope to be able to experience again someday!

Our tour of West Maui waterfalls and Moloka’i was fantastic and worth every dollar spent! My friend and I had the doors off of our helicopter. The two of us sat in the back and Joe was our pilot. He had lots of information about the sites we were seeing and our ride had little turbulence. It is windy of course but they give you a lanyard to secure your phone that allows you to take pictures as well. Brandy, in the office, was so nice and helpful. The staff make sure you feel comfortable and safe. This was my first helicopter tour, and I was so impressed. Highly recommend it to see parts of the island you wouldn’t normally be able to on your own.

Where to begin, people have done helicopter tours, but not many have done a doors-off helicopter ride. And even less have done it in one of the most beautiful islands in the world, Maui. We planned to do the west coast Maui tour, however the helicopter was in for a service so we got given this spectacular tour of nearly the whole island. It was breathtakingly beautiful. The colours were vibrant, the rainbows the best I have ever seen and the waterfalls. Wow, our pilot Laurence, got us nice and close to all of them and they were stunning. Laurence made it more than memorable, he made it a once in a lifetime experience I will never forget. His knowledge about the island was second to none. Kasey on the ground was amazing, looked after us well before and after our flight and organised everything perfectly. A massive Mahalo from me for an unforgettable experience. If you do one thing whilst in Maui, please do not hesitate to do it! It is worth every ounce of money you have and then some!

We were looking for a helicopter tour company in Maui that offered a No Doors experience and allowed us to bring our cameras to capture the island from the sky - Pacific Helicopters is THE ONLY company that enabled us to do so! From the initial greeting with Nate and the staff, our flight with Ryan (our awesome pilot), and a nice post-flight debrief chat where we were given two fresh avocados, this was an unbelievable experience and easily the highlight of our week-long trip! Ryan even had a great music playlist for the flight that featured the epic Jurassic Park theme song as we were flying over a Molokai waterfall, and was very knowledgeable about the history and layout of the Hawaiian Islands. This company does it right by custom-tailoring the experience for each customer/trip, and can adapt well to changes in weather, cloud coverage, etc. WELL worth the price we paid and we recommend to everyone - a great value for what turned out to be a private tour for just the two of us!
