First time to a Hot Pot restaurant. I will for sure go back tot his one. The staff was very friendly. Food was fresh and plentiful. Restaurant was clean and had a nice ambiance. The reason for the 4 stars is because I felt as though we could have been informed better on how the process worked, especially after explaining we had never been there nor any other hot pot restaurant. I was very upset that the meat we could eat, it was a lot, was tossed and wasted. Not because of us, but because they didn’t explain it well enough and had us order more than what we could eat. We couldn’t bring it home and I felt it could have been better explained and not wasted food. As well as the broth. We each had refills on the delicious broth, miso and Hawaiian curry (both so good), and we ate as much as our belly’s could handle. I asked for containers since I saw another family take theirs, but be your broth was not clear, BECAUSE WE COOKED FOOD IN IT and tried eating the meat they served us, we could not take it home. There was only broth left in our pots no other veggies or meat. So I am not sure why we couldn’t. Hence my 4 star review. Again, food was fresh and delicious. Knowing what I know now, we won’t order extra meat, only as needed. I will also say, the kids prices are ridiculous. 19.95 for kids 12 and under. That’s just crazy.

Great price on buffet and a great selection of food. You have to cook your own food but it cooks fast.

Equivalent to the Melting Pot back in the states but so much better. You get to go up to the sauce station & make your own or grab a saucer full of what's there. Then you can pick as many items from the fridge as you can stuff yourself with. It was awesome.
