Just wanted to say thank you to Shaun for some great service and help last week. I was able to get a new computer, even recycling some viable parts from my old one, within a matter of days. And when I needed additional help in resolving some audio issues upon receipt of the new machine, Shaun was easily available and happy to lead me through the process. Also want to thank Richard Elliot at Paradise Postal in Hawi for allowing his shop to serve as a drop off and pickup point; this made everything even that much easier. Like Shaun, Richard is always willing to do what he can to help his customers. So nice to see that kind of Aloha, especially during these unique days. Many thanks to you both.

Recently my computer died in the middle of a race to meet a deadline. Shaun Paine, Falcon's owner, gave me excellent and prompt advice on which computer from a local supply store to purchase (since his source for purchase was covid-delayed) and then set up all the software on that computer remotely. I am not tech savvy so he slowly, carefully guided me in how to utilize my computer's features and explained to me the benefits of each feature he installed. He listened carefully to how I use a computer. He did not up-sell to me. He guided me away from computers and programs I did not need and explained why I did not need them. Shaun is smart, caring, patient, encouraging and fun to work with during a stressful time.
Got all the help and information I needed and more ! You can tell Sean at Falcon Computers genuinely cares about his customers ! Also best deal on the island I could find for a data save ! Very satisfied and will definitely be using Sean for all my computer repairs !

If you are going to publish your hours of operation, please actually commit to them. Your website and signage say that you are open until 4pm on Friday. Closing before 3:45 is pretty damned bush league.
Lucky to have a tech savy guy like Shaun right here in Kona. Knows how to build a great machine, and the long term service is right there. Ask for the upgrades, he puts more in than you'll know. Kudos!
