My son and I booked a Semi Private Lesson and Will Do So Again! Matt was an awesome instructor. The company's communication was great, super responsive, clear, and concise. They took care of everything. We had SO much water time our arms were sore the next day! Thanks again

Wes and his team (and family!) gave our family an amazing and unforgettable experience. And took great photos, too! My kids (ages 4, 6, and 8) and husband were equipped and prepped in technique and safety and all promptly surfing within minutes. Their instructors were all very respectful and kind. I had absolutely no concerns as I watched from their patio because they were in such good hands. The kids had so much fun they cannot stop talking about coming back for more lessons. I’d say that is a great teaching success!!
My parents, my brother (15) and I (17) did a lesson with Matt and Alex and had an INCREDIBLE time. It was easy to sign up and easy to get started. It was our first time surfing and there was just enough guidance for all of us to get the hang of getting up and catching waves while also feeling independent. There was great instructor to student ratio which allowed everyone to surf a ton! On top of that, Matt and Alex were amazing instructors and so encouraging to everyone. Altogether, my family and I loved our experience and would totally recommend Kona Town Surf lessons!
I took a surfing lesson with Alex, he was so kind and respectful. Because of his help, I could stand up and catch the waves. It was so fun. I would like to visit here soon and get surfing lesson again with Alex. I confidently recommend this place and Alex!
We had a *fabulous* surf lesson here! It was on my kids' bucket list to take a surf class in Hawaii, but they're young (5 and 9) and I worried it would be more difficult than fun for them. They had an AMAZING class, the best instructors, and I think it's safe to say Kona Town Surf created two tiny surf addicts today! Thank you guys!!
Fantastic 1st time surfing. Great people, amazing attitude. We could not resist and had to come back. And then come back again. My 14 and 11 years old were so happy. You could not wipe out the smile on their face. Easy to schedule, very quick to reply. Really a perfect experience.
Matt was super nice and friendly! He makes every effort to help you catch all of the good waves. If for some reason, he is a bit too far from you (likely you were too slow to swim over), his colleagues will happily help you catch a wave. Timing was ideal, by the end of the two hours you have caught plenty of waves to feel happy ending the activity. Also - the pictures were dope!
Took a private surf lesson from Kona Town Surf Adventures. The instructor (Luke) was patient and gave constructive feedback when needed. In a matter of 2 hours, I went from having zero experience to actually being able to stand up, balance, and ride a wave! Great experience and great vibes all around
