Randy and Kai were extremely helpful and provided fantastic customer service!!! They have an amazing selection of SUPs and their carbon paddles are so pretty i want to hang one up as art!! We are so pumped about our new 9'8" Mana!!! Our 1.5 yr old and my husband and i can all go play now!!!

Hi Robbie, Hope you're well and reading this. I met you and Adam Kock in Dubai 2002. I've been loyal supporter of your brand ever since. I was so eager to visit your store on a layover from Australia to the USA. I was disappointed. I feel you need to know that you are not well represented at your store. I went in with the intention to buy something and left with a negative impression. I know it's not you however, you need to be conscious of those who represent your brand. Visited the store, Met Robbies Bro. Hung out and chatted, about sailing. SUP, Kites, and all the oportunities, to enjoy off of Oahu southern shores. The store was well stocked, had great gear. I Purchased a spare seat and kite Bar. Found all kinds of goodies for my gear bag. Talked about, up and coming events and found out when the where the best sailing is. They offered even some free purks to take advantage of. Great store, it was my favorite place to visit on the island. I appreciate what the Naish family has brought to the sport.

2013 Naish Golf Bag : Nice look, but crappy bag, customer/warranty service as bad. The company have'nt any other place to comment on their product, so i'm gonna do it here. I bought a 2013 Naish Golf Bag for my kitesurf equipment, and it did'nt last one trip to Cuba. This 300 bag even did'nt protect my 1000 board because there's isn't enough protection on the side of the bag. Poor quality travel bag, poor customer service, they even didn't replace my bag when i claimed for the warranty. Hopefully, the store where i bought it amonth ago gave me a credit for it...
