5 stars isn't enough stars to give this place, they deserve an endless amount of stars...Our stay here was amazing. The owner and his staff were great, they made our stay very welcoming. They go above and beyond to meet your expectations. I highly recommend country inn and suites by Radisson. If your in town for vacation or just want to get away, this is the place to go. Thanks boss, and thanks to all your staff for making our stay very heartwarming. Excellent rooms and excellent service.

This is a hotel that is very basic in appearance. However, it is comfortable with nice amenities for the price. Our 100 room had two queen beds, a couch, table/desk, TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The sink area is outside the bathroom which had a shower/tub and toilet. There is a pool which is actually warm and an exercise room. This hotel is minutes fom Western Michigan University campus.

I stayed 4-10-2021 I understand it’s kalamazoo but the staff was rude upon arrival. The room was ok but had a smell. Also the tall Indian guy WALKED IN MY ROOM with out knocking while my 7 year old daughter was in the bath. That was just one weird Experience. He said he was checking the screen in the window or something and closed the door.

During Covid 19 it is challenging to sit at home as required. Sometimes we just need the peace of something different. If you're looking for a hotel, this is a great space for just that. It's beautiful to look at when you walk in. It's quiet. The rooms are cleaned as if no one has stayed there before you. They also have great amenities. The front desk staff is efficient, professional and kind. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners who will take time to speak with you about your stay and make you feel comfortable with their sense of humor. I saw nothing but smiles while there. Might I also mention that I saw the staff sanitizing the common areas on at least three separate occasions on their shift. I felt comfortable with their efforts to ensure I was comfortable during my stay. If you enjoy good, old fashioned customer service, try the Comfort Inn. They also happen to have great rates that rival those of third party bookings without all the hassle!

It was in a great location not by loud roads. The staff was great! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was I got a room with a jacuzzi tub when filling it with hot water I got really badly burned because the hot water was way to hot I stayed in room 100 but I am guessing the whole hotel has the same hot water please fix the problem I am afraid a kid is going to get badly burned I burnt my hand when it accidentally went thru the water out of the tap and I touch the tap with my hand and got badly burnt other than that I love it

It's old, the location is less than stellar, the interior of most rooms are old and threadbare. It feels dirty and the carpets are stained. The staff is nice and helpful, but the building itself is kind of a dump. I only go here because they have a suite with a big tub that can fit two people. That is the only reason.

Room was not ready at check-in time. Had to wait 90 minutes. Parking lot was not plowed. We have been to many Country Inn and Suites over the years and have never encountered this before. We will continue to stay at these hotels but never again at this location.
