Excellent customer service! They were very prompt on getting us into the schedule. They pumped the tank and fixed a blockage. They saved us from having a bigger problem. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family. Owners Greg and Andy were both really nice to work with, they really care about their customers.

I don’t usually take the time to do Google reviews of businesses, but Smart Septic deserves it!!! Wow, I can not say enough good things about this company! My initial phone call with Andy was a dream come true. I’ve dealt with lots of septic tank pumping companies since I own rental properties. It is usually a painful experience, just trying to get an appointment. Andy set up an appointment to pump a duplex I own, as well as my home. The drivers were on time, super knowledgable and very professional. My home ended up having the driveway resurfaced ahead of schedule, and with a quick phone call to Andy he rescheduled my appointment, to not ruin my resurfacing with their truck. Andy even called after both tanks had been pumped to follow up to make sure everything was to my expectation. Completely blown away. This will be the only company who pumps my septic tanks from now on!
Excellent Company, this is the 3rd company we have used for our septic system. This is by far the best and the one we will use in the future. They went far and above to help us resolve a problem and we’re great at answering all of our questions. They ended up saving us a ton of money.
Out in the country in Grand Junction, who do you call for septic cleaning? Be smart, call SMART SEPTIC SERVICE. Not only were they on time, 30 min early. Awesome, helpful, polite as could be. I recommend them for all your septic needs. THANK YOU fellas!!!
Smart Septic came and serviced my septic system recently. I am so thankful that I called them. They took the time to explain everything to me. They were knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. Greg and Andy could have provided two extra services for me but because they are so focused on customer service, they recommended the best and most cost effective options. I appreciate that so much! I knew nothing about my septic system before Smart Septic but after asking some questions, I know how it works and most importantly, how to best care for a system my family relies on heavily!
