I am writing this review from my freshly fixed computer. No one likes having computer or IT problems, mostly because they have little understanding of the subject and they have to deal with frustrating \IT people.\ Not so at The Computer Guild. This place is the best computer service I've had the privilege of using. The staff is friendly, unbelievably knowledgeable, and they treat you like your business matters. This is how business should be done! Absolutely the best! I'll never go anywhere else.

Was having connectivity issues. Stopped in with a quick fix. Will and team were quick to answer questions and even offered to help over the phone. I’ve had to stop in a few times over the years and will always come back here.

fantastic support. Ordered an M.2 SSD for an old laptop from Amazon. Didn’t come with an M.2 sized screw. Computer Guild let me dig through a bin of screws and grab an M.2 screw. Fantastic people and didn’t even charge me. Next time I’m buying some Pc components, going to give them a call to show support.

Fantastic. Not only are they one of the only places in town to go, they are also one of the best. I’ve been trying to learn about computers while building a base level gaming computer. I ran into problems like power consumption and connection issues. I worked with Justin most Often and he is beyond friendly and professional: he is helpful and considerate. I grew up in Detroit area and didn’t find a place as good as this back home. Keep but the good work workers!
