What a great company! I ordered ink but never actually hit submit on the order. COMPLETLY my fault! It was pretty urgent that I got it so I called Zimlick’s, not realizing at the time that I never hit submit. Once we figured out the issue, which again was 100% my fault, someone from the Zemlick office actually made a special trip to bring the order to me, same day, so that I was able to complete my task. You just don't get customer service like that anymore! If you run an office I HIGHLY recommend using Zemlick’s from all your supplies. You will not be disappointed!
