I've dealt with the guys at NW Pipe for over 20 years and they have always been the most professional and helpful anytime we need something for a job. With the inventory they stock, rarely do they not have what we need. When it does happen, it's typically available in the Billings warehouse and is in their store the next day. Great people in all aspects!

This is in response to the one-star rating: I'm a male DIY homeowner, not a commercial plumber. My plumbing needs are few, but whenever I've gone to Northwest I've been treated well and the counter men have gone out of their way to understand my non-technical mumblings and offer several solutions/products. If they don't have what I need, which is rare but does happen, they suggest local alternatives (once they sent me to a pawn shop to find an affordable version of a rarely needed tool and saved me lots of money!). Note: I gave them \only\ four stars because I never give five -- nobody's perfect.
