I’ve been waiting here for almost three hours and my little brother has a broken nose. People are complaining and nobody has been of any help whatsoever. Some people have been sitting here longer than my family and I and there is a man bleeding who has been waiting for 20 minutes. These people are doing nothing and the service is horrible
