We hired Exterior Design Plus for 2 siding projects on the same house. They did an excellent job on the large project which was replacing siding on one side of the house and it turned out amazing. The 2nd project was minor. It was replacing a handful of random siding pieces that had been damaged by storms blowing debris over the years. The workmanship on this small project was nowhere near the perfection of the larger project. Out of fairness, I reached out to them several times over several weeks to try to rectify the issues of getting the few pieces of replaced siding redone so it doesn't look so sloppy. We cannot even get a response. We understand this is a busy time of year & we'd fully understand if someone would just tell us something regarding any sort of timeframe as to when we could expect the replaced pieces of concern to be replaced properly, as well as the visible screws that are very noticeable. Instead, we're just being avoided. They've been to our neighbor's house for another estimate & could've just walked over to look over the areas I sent them photos of showing the few pieces needing attention, but instead we're just flat out being blown off. I waited weeks to hopefully hear something but still haven't. Now we have to hire another contractor to fix their work as well as a damaged soffit caused during the siding corner bead replacement when this whole thing could've easily been corrected by them. We've been very patient and tried multiple times to get this matter resolved fairly and nicely with zero response because we know how businesses care about keeping their excellent reviews.

Exterior Design Plus at first I was a little worried because what Brian was telling myself and my wife no other roofing company even mentioned. In fact, one company didn't even go up on the roof. Everything Brian said and more was absolutely correct. He met with the insurance company pointed out the storm damage: the damage to the siding and windows and was able to handle all the headache of dealing with the adjuster. He and his team did an amazing job making my home safe for my family. Thank you for the outstanding work.
We noticed a small leak on a late afternoon and Brian was able to come out the next morning to evaluate our situation. Not only was he able to respond so quickly, but he was able to do the repairs the same day. I was very impressed with Brian’s professionalism and knowledge. We were very satisfied with our experience all around and would highly recommend!
Brian did an excellent job on my roof and gutters! He leads a professional team, and the results are great. He talked to me about options and colors, and made suggestions that made the house look really sharp. He didn’t have to think of specific details outside of the basics, but he did because he takes pride in his work. I felt like Brian did not want to do anything he wouldn’t want done on his own house. He takes pride in his work and his crew. I highly recommend the company and their work-I couldn’t be happier!
I hired Brian to rip off and replace the roof on my two car garage. I made the down payment and he said he could do it the next day. the guys got there around noon and the job was done in 4 hours. Clean up was great. The roof looks great. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and hire them again myself
