Driver wouldn't allow my daughter to get on the bus in Chicago because her ticket wasn't printed. Her confirmation and name was on his list and all he had to do was look at it. She took an Uber to my house and I dropped her off two stops from Chicago, in Kankakee. The staff printed the ticket and then allowed her on the bus.
