It was my first visit for an annual checkup. We heard Dr. Ha is the best doctor over here. This rating is not for the Doctor bit for the staff and whoever co-ordinating to schedule. It was a rainy morning reached the facility exactly 7:30 as the appointment was at 7:30am. Just getting out of car and then called the staff to get in for checkin. Someone pickup the call after 2-3 mins and started checking the record or something else. After 2-3 mins she came back on call and inform me saying we are sorry to get-in you today as you are late. It asked its just 10 mins late... and I am here from last 10 mins. She harshly told me it is 12 mins late not 10. This is completely unfair to me. Traveling for 30 mins and returning home in hopeless without meeting the Doctor. Anyway I am going to reschedule the meeting again. I love the perfect timing concept and test them again. Definitely they have something good. Till then my rating is 1star, after my meet I will update my review again with appropriate description.

I have to say that this has to be the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office in my life. Between having to follow up and make sure they do what they are supposed. Which I have never had to do before. To trying to get ahold of anyone at office. I mean really how hard is it to pick up a phone? Once I do get ahold of a person and get to see a doctor it is not so bad. But the before and after things are the worst. If you don’t mind wasting time on hold and calling to make sure paperwork gets filled out. And mind you they charge for that. Go to this office. Other wise stay away, and do not let them assign Dr Scott to you he does not know what he is doing and even scarier he is teaching. So I am sure that down the road there will be more malpractice.

The doctors and nurses are wonderful. The front staff and reception is terrible and has no people skills and also lacks communication with medical staff. If you can handle the disrespectful staff to get your appointment you will love the care team.
