2nd time they rented dirty furniture. Very surprising especially with covid. Order was wrong upon arrival. I had to request they clean the seats prior to me taking merch. She only used wet rag that smeared the dirt across the white chairs. They always charge a non refundable damage waiver just to give you damage items.
Renting from CWC was not a great experience at all. We first visited and talked with a sales representative that didn't give us accurate pricing. While trusting the sales representative we weren't informed of extra items that needed to be added and when they delivered, they weren't able to completely set up the rentals due to the lack of information. The installers were very polite. However, they brought out tables that had chunks missing, bolts missing to hold the tables up, the chairs came dirty, the pole covers didn't cover the poles on the tent AND didn't look like the covers we were showed in the pictures, and not all of the light bulbs worked on the lights we rented. Keep in mind, we were told that they would check to make sure everything was in good shape before they delivered it. I was charged money on my creditcard without being told how much would be charged, or what I was being charged for. They told us that they would pick up the rentals from the venue on Monday but called Sunday to ask if they could pick up the items on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went without receiving a phone call and without picking up the rentals. They finally showed up Wednesday to pick up their items. They never once apologized and made up numerous excuses as to why they didn't stick to their word. Based on our experience I would absolutely not recommend CWC, they were very unprofessional.
I rented some tables and chairs for a family get together of about 20 during the holidays. I had trouble finding a place to rent from that was close to my house and had called several places. I was impressed and thankful when they returned my missed call within a few minutes; the associate had been on another call at the time. Prices are reasonable and even better than some other places in the area. Reservations, pick-up, and drop off were a breeze and convenient.
