Wish I could say something good. Today we walked in and were seated right away. The wait staff walked all around our table taking orders to tables and no one ever acknowledged our presence. After sitting for well over 5 minutes we got up and left. Management was no where on the floor. A good manager will be on the floor making sure things are running smoothly. The hostess at the door did not even speak to us or apologize. We eat at the Salisbury location often, and the management and staff are great as is the food. The restaurant staff lacks training and is poorly managed at this Concord location. Suggest that the management and staff be retrained on how to take care of the guests. This was our second time visiting. We were not pleased with our first experience. After today’s experience we will not be back!!!

It's been a minute since our last visit, but the food is still good. Served hot!
Wings were great, and we are from Buffalo!! No buffalo sauce??? Burger was also really good. Our server was friendly and very attentive, always checked on our needs and a refill of beverages. Glad we stopped by, we will be returning again ...thank you!
The bomb!! The 1st time I ate ECW was in Salisbury. Omg the garlic parmesan extra crispy wings are the best. I think they're better than buffalo wild and nasty wings I go here every weekend now. I recommend the bang bang mixed with parmesan wings (extra crispy)!;;
Burger was good but wings were way over done. Not sure it was worth the money but ok
