Great store, great guy. I called inquiring about a Benchmade Balisong and the owner informed me of the cut hours. I really wanted this knife and asked if he would hold it for me for 5 days. He did and I got a great deal on the knife. Definitely support this business!

I am the owner of The Knife Store. Good and bad reviews are appreciated and always looking to improve. To set the record straight on the Bad reviews. #1- I am semi-retired and my hours do fluctuate. I am sorry for any inconvenience. #2- Several people accused me of \pulling a gun\. I have worn a gun on my side for over 40 years with no serious incidences. But I have had several issues with children coming behind my counter, where I keep several loaded guns in case of robbery / criminals. I keep knives on tables with signs saying that no one under 16 can handle any merchandise. This has been a great problem over the past 15 years. And it's not the children's fault. It is 100% parents responsibility to keep their children under their control when in a business that sells weapons. And this was the situation in 3 of the bad reviews. One lady's little boy, picked up a throwing knife and threw it at his sister and the mother was not alarmed at all. After doing it again, I asked her to leave the store. And the lady in the parking lot, was an Amazon driver that parked in the entrance of my parking lot, and customers could not enter. I went out and asked her to park in another location (and yes, my gun was on my side as always). And those are the explanations with God as my witness. I have only pulled my gun once, when a guy came behind my counter and reaching for a knife, threatened to cut my throat. The police was called. So, as with dealing with the public, there are always two sides to every story.
