If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever had! Talking bad about me to someone else while I’m on the phone then hanging up on me. Being rude the minute I called. This place should not be in business!!! I will never recommend doing business with them.

I use Kanokla for my internet provider. I feel like service has improved over the years and I rarely have any issues with it. When I do have a problem, their customer service and help desk is very helpful and always do a great job to help me get things running again.

They want to charge you 100.00 per hr to send someone out to fix there equipment had this company for year go lots of people to switch over to them and will now be leaving this company. They were once a great company but now that they have grown big enough they dont care about there customers

Have been a long time KanOkla customer. Early on service seemed to be less reliable but in the last 3-4 years service has been outstanding. They have upgraded their equipment at no charge to me and even upped the speed while keeping their price the same. Staff is very local, quick to respond and always professional. Great small company that does it better than most big companies.
