I dropped off a power washer almost a month ago to this place to be fixed. I have not got one phone call to give me an update or anything on this. I’ve called probably 20 times to get an update on my power washer. They’ve only answered the phone twice. Every other time it just rings and rings and rings. The last time I actually spoke to someone was a week ago. They said they hadn’t even started it. That was almost 3 weeks after I dropped it off. I was told by sears to go here to get this fixed through my manufacture warranty. Tomorrow morning I’m picking up my power washer fixed or not. I will take this to sears and demand that a place more competent do the work. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a business.

I absolutely love this place/ Have had several different mowers and weed eaters fixed here and they may have taken some time, but the price was right and the staff if friendly and most importantly the repair was done right!
Thought I needed a flywheel key replaced. Owner said after a first look that I definitely needed a blade adapter replaced (very cheap repair). Went to pickup the mower thinking I owed for the 2 repairs. Was told I only needed to have the blade adapter replaced. HIGHLY Recommend this company. I am a woman who knows nothing about mowers. They could have easily charged me for my wrong diagnosis (youtube's fault) and charged me for the REAL problem. Old-school repair shop with Wonderful Old-School values. Very Impressed!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My father brought his riding mower to have BELTS CHANGED and they kept it for OVER 2 MONTHS!!! When I came with him to get try to get it they came with a story of needing a new battery and it wouldn't charge. Needless to say, upon asking to take it home charge it in our charger then one of the guys started back peddling and saying maybe their machine want working properly. SMH. Take the battery home, SURPRISE, it charged right up!!! Take the battery back on Friday morning, Monday morning so hadn't been put in... .... IT'S A BATTERY!!! 2 BOLTS!!! When I stayed this fact the other guy got nasty with me and said nobody works on the weekend, at least we don't dinner people don't have jobs!!! It took everything in me not to go off!!! How do you have an attitude because A PAYING CUSTOMER wants their property back?!? I wouldn't advice ANYBODY to patronize these people!!!
