This was our first time going. Walked in the hostess was very nice. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very engaging and made me a great drink. Our service at the table was slow. She wasn't very busy and not very attentive. I ordered the duck and it was dry. I'm pretty sure my mashed potatoes came from a box. My friends ordered the french onion soup and said it was bland. We waited 10 minutes to be able to ask for salt. I'll give it another try because the atmosphere was fantastic.

Head Chef named this restaurant after the French area where he grew up! Excellent outdoor dining area with heat lamps for cold days. I enjoyed their handmade pasta and desserts. Their quiche lorraine is one of the best quiches I've ever ate! I couldn't give 4 stars, because their bathroom stall locks were broken, the service wasn't friendly, and the pastry I carried out was unceremoniously tossed in a paper bag without even pastry paper. BUT I would eat here again!
Food was good for a wait and no service. My wife and I went here with high expectations after hearing great things, but it was marred with service who did not come to our table after 15min, helping those around us, and then when they finally did we may have seen them three times. Other tables beside us were seated and served at the same time we received our lunch, a 20min difference. The food was fine, but it is not okay to ignore one table and serve others quicker and more attentively.
We ordered our meal at 4:30pm for a 6:15pm pick up time. My wife went in to pick up the food at precisely 6:15pm. She did not come out with our food until 6:38pm. During her time in the restaurant (that we were trying to avoid for obvious reasons) many people with a 6:30pm pick up time on their receipt were able to pick up their meals. The young lady at the coffee bar was very nice and apologetic. The manager on the other hand was curt and dismissive. I called the location after my wife came back and told me of the interaction. I spoke with Sally who answered and was friendly and apologetic. She listened to my concerns and we both moved on. Then we got home to eat. My hanger steak (ordered medium-well) was of blue temperature, raw. The fries were soggy from the blood. I then called the location back and spoke to Sally again. I requested a full refund and she agreed. I then cooked my steak at home for another 3 minutes each side to get to the desired 150 degrees. While it was cooking I decided to eat my French Onion Soup. At this point, unsurprisingly, the soup was cold and the cheese on top was un-melted. I microwaved the soup as I was flipping my streak. Once the soup was warm it was still a bland disappointment. I assume it comes from a plastic bag because as I was eating it I began chewing on a quarter sized piece of plastic. At this point it was almost comical and as I had already received a refund I threw it away and only ate the piece of meat I cooked. Overall, I would have to say, I didn't enjoy it and certainly won't be recommending it to anyone I like. Avoid.
Loved this place. We have driven by multiple times over the years, but never stopped. So glad we did!! Coffee bar, decent beer selection, amazing appetizers, and what looks like great meals! Can't wait to have dinner here!
