I was amazed that there were so many awesome pianos under one roof! I was given the opportunity to play them all before I made my purchase! The staff is so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I saw all my options in my price range. I'd definately recommend All Keyed Up Piano Shop to anyone looking to purchase a quality used piano. Steve is so knowledgeable about all piano makes and models, what a gem to have him and this store in Kansas city.

Good grief!! It feels so good to be in among all the pianos in a historic building in the West Bottoms. I purchased two pianos from Steve and couldn't be happier. Everyone there is highly knowledgeable and more than willing to help.

The 3rd floor of this West Bottoms building is one of my favorite rooms in all of Kansas City. I get excited about pianos and when you put dozens and dozens of them of all kinds in a big open room it makes for a truly wonderful experience. Each one of them is a rescue and has its own story to have finally ended up here. I recently purchased a console piano shortly after the start of quarantine in March. Steve helped me pick one that suited my needs for the space I had, my skill level, and the aesthetic that was important for me. The price was very reasonable and worth every hour I have spent on it over the past several months. This is certainly not the last piano I will be purchasing from All Keyed Up.

As a Professional Pianist and Technician I can’t recommend this place enough. Quality instruments in every price range and the staff is as good as it gets! No typical salesman tactics and I felt comfortable browsing as long as I wanted testing their large selection of makes and models.

I did not have a particularly good experience with Steve on a piano inspection and report. But he followed up, refunded my , and sent me a nice note. Everybody gets a little over-extended at times, that is when I must have caught him... I appreciate his follow-up - from the other ratings here my experience was clearly the exception!

I love all keyed up! There are a ton of pianos and it’s fun just to walk around and look at all the great old pieces. these pianos are very reasonably priced. Steve is a superb piano tech, so they’ll be in great playing condition. We had Steve over to look at our piano and he quickly sorted out several problems and is very reasonably priced. Right now I’m having him replace the keytops on our Baldwin grand and super excited to see how they turn out. I thought about trying it myself, but after talking to him, I realize it’s definitely a job for the professionals. If you love pianos, go visit them. if you go on Saturday, there’s usually a guy there to demo the Player pianos and another guy over there to show you the pipe organs of which they have quite several. they showed my kids how those organs and player pianos work and it was a lot of fun.

We found my wife's dream piano here for her birthday, and at a surprisingly affordable price. Steve is welcoming and knowledgeable and the whole process of getting the piano to our home was smooth and easy. I highly recommend paying All Keyed Up a visit for piano purchases! I'd never browse FB marketplace for a piano again. It's beyond worth it to get a tuned and fully serviceable piano from a professional.
