This was a very disappointing experience. As much as I want to support new businesses they have to do better. My wife ordered a simple sangria but what she received was something that tasted like red wine and a lot of water. Next, we ordered the King Crab bucket. There was on crab leg cut in half a potato, some crayfish, a few shrimp and a quarter ear of corn. Everything was lukewarm except for the corn which was still frozen! Seafood is not something you want to wonder about being prepared properly yet there I was with my family wondering just that. To rectify the frozen corn we were given 4 freshly prepared cob-lets. Low and behold, they were cold in the middle of each one. I recognize that it wasn't the waitstaffs' fault and I acknowledge the management attempting to make up for the poor experience by offering us a free desert yet I can't help but feel bothered that I paid almost 100 for meals that were barely edible. They need to first start with attention in the kitchen, then get real bartenders in which only they make the drinks and lastly ensure that the customers are provided first class attention. Give them a try but hold them to a high standard so they will be forced to do better and live up to their potential.

The owner meets you at the door and makes you feel welcome. The food is excellent, especially if you love Cajun. I personally love sitting at the bar... The staff is very friendly and something about the bat setup makes everyone feel like they are part of a makeshift family. I sincerely recommend you give this restaurant/bar a shot.
Jambalaya was awesome. great place to go with your family. Staff helps you with high chair and gives freely service. Saturday night was really busy. Good took long but was worth the wait
I will admit when I read all the reviews I was very skeptical. I'm a believer in don't believe what you read and experience it before you judge and boy I'm glad I did. The food was fantastic and the service was pretty darn good. Janel was on point all night drinks stayed full constantly asking how thing were and very friendly. Kandice is a great up and coming manager she is super friendly , respectful and very helpful. Every business that just opens has growing pains but its how they have dealt with the highs and lows that will help this place succeed. My family and I had great experience and we will be back. They have made changes and those changes have made and impact. My family will be back. Keep going guys and keep up the hard work.
The one star describes this perfectly. I absolutely hated it. Eating here made me excited for this pave to close so I can eat at the restaurant that takes its place. I explained all the items we were unhappy with and still was given a full bill. We asked for the manager and he argued with us. I recommend to make the drive to the jazz
I would honestly not recommend Bourbon Street at Zona Rosa. The service and food were both mediocre. I realize we could have had a bad server and I should not judge the entire restaurant on service. However the food was extremely over salted. We had four people in our party and 3 of the four people complained of the food being too salty. The food was barely warm when it was brought to our table. I enjoy live music, but the musician was wandering among the tables and starring at us like he wanted a tip. It was a little awkward. I generally check a restaurants online reviews before I patronize the business. In this case, I did not and therefore, I thought, it was time I wrote one of my first reviews. If you decide to try it, I hope your experience is better than mine. With so many restaurant options in town, I won't be going back to this one.
I've never had a bad experience with the food here, it is absolutely fantastic. But half of the times I've been here, they have changed hours or closed early. (Here it says on Sunday they are open until 9:30, they arent. It's 8pm) Their pastas are all amazing. The bar trash is phenomenal and we've never had bad service. I would hope to see updated hours online in the future.
The service was great. Atmosphere was friendly, almost reminded me of a New York bar. The host was nice. Overall I will be coming back and would recommend to my friends!
