Service was fantastic. Bar tender was serving the bar, tables, etc. She never missed a beat. Food came out exactly how I asked. Wings cooked extra done. Will be back.

Are you looking to watch football while enjoying a good brunch with bottomless mimosas? Go check out Brickhouse! With a great brunch menu and bottomless mimosas, I can think of no better place to go watch a noon game on Sundays.

Tagline: Good burgers, but better appetizers Brick House KC may be one of the only joints in KC to successfully fuse together pub and tavern experiences. What I mean by this is that if you come to Brick House with a few friends for fried appetizers, burgers, and a drink, you'll feel like the building was built for that purpose. If you come to Brick House to watch the Chiefs while knocking back drinks at the bar and jawing at the staff, you'll feel like the building was built for that purpose instead. The bartenders and servers seamlessly and quickly flow between tables, refilling glasses, taking new orders, and generally making you feel seen without feeling bothered. Add to this some well-polished wood decor and generous tables, currently tastefully spaced for COVID awareness, and you've got a real winner on all fronts. Speaking of those appetizers, there's very few ways to go wrong. The loaded fries and chicken nachos are generously portioned and never soggy or stale, the jalapeno caps in particular are crunchy and delicious, and their house made salsa is the perfect partner to a somewhat thinner, crispy chip. The burger selection is likewise full of winners, but I prefer either the classic or turkey burger. I think partially due to current health concerns, the kitchen has a tendency to slightly overcook whatever degree you've ordered the burger to, so if you really want that medium burger, order medium-rare. The only drawback I can think of is your first step into the building, which has a tendency to trip up patrons who aren't watching their feet. Survive that, and you're in for a delicious time. (Ask for the spicy ketchup! They don't advertise it, but it's really good!)

Love this local restaurant. It is a perfect place to go hang out, watch a game, bring your dog (if you sit outside), and socialize with fun people. Food is good too!

A menu that includes not one, but two fried chicken sandwich’s may be my perfect menu. In this case, the dilemma was choosing between the chicken club and the buffalo chicken sandwiches. The club won out, complete with bacon and nicely melted cheese. It was a great sandwich and came with a heaping pile of hot, extra crispy tater tots, which were as good as any I have had. Great service and a nice patio out back.
