Alicia did a great job helping me select carpet and hardwood that I love! She was very knowledgeable, prompt and reliable. Also the wood installer Jeremy was awesome to work with. I chose to use Carpet Corner over a big store like Lowe's, and I don't regret it a bit. Excellent variety, service, and prices. I worked with Scott Allen and he personally came to my house after work hours to measure my rooms and give me a quote. He was happy to show me remnants and when I made my decision, install was quick and well done, even in the closets. I love my new carpet. I would absolutely recommend them and would use them again. The VERY BEST experience. I started on-line with Alicia Mejia, my carpet advisor and salesperson. Although we never met, we talked and emailed often. I felt like Alicia was more concerned about my needs versus making a sale. She is personable, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions (I had many questions). If unsure, she would research and quickly get back to me. No pressure to buy or install within 30 days after purchase. Chris, came to my home to show me samples. I was able keep several before my final decision. If sample was not in stock, they ordered them shipped to my home. Joe and Nathaniel installed last week. They were very good about cleaning up after installing and careful with my newly painted walls. I highly recommend.
