I Had horrible experience today going to the Catholic Charities office. I had an appointment, they did not explain we would be handling my business in front of others waiting in the lobby. So if you need help who cares about confidentiality! The ladies at the front desk were rude and insensitive to me letting them know I was not understanding the process and the paperwork. They dismissed me and my frustration several times as I advised them I was unclear as to what the process is and explain to me the info they needed. I left there feeling confused, frustrated and that I may need to look elsewhere for help. They definitely kept hounding me to complete a survey....before I completed anything...asking if I felt treated well and if I felt helped. All questions on that survey I entered \Strongly Disagree \!!!! Lucky for them I'm not a secret shopper. They get a low grade today. Definitely not what I expected from Catholic Charities!

Very small front office, massive cubicle space in back, large space between that could seat guests more comfortably... I know I'm begging for help here, but spending an hour in packed conditions getting sprayed in the face with air freshener by a clerk to receive two single serving boxes of cereal, a stick of deodorant and a roll of toilet paper is a bit much. Still, if it's an emergency and you can find this place and don't mind the wait, it's better than more desperate measures.

This is an amazing place for the one trying to get their life back on track. Diapers, food stuffs, clothing, jobs, housing. It really is a one stop help spot. I went, generated a resume, got access to some needs being fulfilled and they were ready to assist me in getting access to housing and payments for deposit and first month. Wow!
