Everyone at Chapel Hills is so amazing. They all know how to help you get through the difficult time of losing a loved one and helping you make all the arrangements. Both of my parents are buried there so I have worked with Chapel Hills twice and would highly recommend them.

They were very professional and helpful. They tried to help however they could. Because mom paid for everything a few years ago, before Covid, we had to eliminate some things and they credited us for it. My only complaint are the enormous, fees for things such as 75.00 for 50 thank you cards and 725.00 to stand at the gravesite for 30 minutes! They were very helpful with obituaries and using their website
Great job from beginning to end
Overall the services were very good. There was an error on the date and time in the obituary in the KC Star on Sunday. I notified the funeral home that day and a corrected obituary was posted in the paper on Wednesday, the day before the funeral. However, some people did not see the corrected version and arrived at 1:00 when the services were over. They were very disappointed. In addition, there was supposed to be soft instrumental music playing during the visitation. That did not happen.
