The ladies in the office were by far the most helpful with any questions or issues I have. It is nice having staff members caring and wanting to have relationships with their residents. All apartments will eventually have issues anywhere you live, but the importance is how management deals with them. They are quick to address everything. I also appreciate all their effort in turning this community around, it is really showing!

The Clear View Apartments are some of the best apartments in Kansas City. The staff is very friendly and professional, they take good care of their tenants and act quickly to resolve any issues. The apartments are very affordable and are also very well kept. Lastly, the maintenance team does an excellent job maintaining the place and are also some of friendliest people you will meet. I would highly recommend the Clear View Apartments to anyone looking for an excellent place to live!
I love it here! The office staff is always so helpful and kind. The maintenance guys does a good job with getting to my items to fix. They are making some improvements on the property which makes me very happy!!! Definitely check it out!!!!
The New Property Manager Maranda is the greatest! She is very professional and very well spoken. She definitely has the property going in the right direction. Can't wait to see what the future holds for this property under her attention to detail.
