Opens at 0700 getting APU fixed
Central States Thermo King were professional and prompt. They diagnosed and took care of the problem in short order.
APU fuel pump replaced. New belts. Motor mount replaced. APU running like brand new plus Espar heater was worked on and it has never worked like it is tonight. I am very impressed with the quality of the service. Thank you very much for your work today, I am warm tonight thanks to you’re technician.
The worst 12,000 investment in my 53 years of life. Not including the thousands of dollars in repair costs, hours of downtime and freezing winters and sleepless summer breaks. Got the latest, unreliable evolution tri-pack. Installed January, 2017 by the most incompetent individual-John Reed (a disgrace to my name)- And wasent offered any buyback before my two year warranty ran out. Now I just want it off of my truck and they want to charge me for that. This product is so worthless that it isn't even worth scraping to them, even though it has very few hours on it.
