Clerk refused to honor good rx price when shown screen on phone. This is how they treat seniors. Price on script was 32.00. Good rx price 10.90. Will go back tomorrow and speak with manager/pharmacist. This is not how the good RX Program works and they (pharmacy) knows it.

I called the pharmacy, finally got a live person in pharmacy after 5 minutes of listening to their entire menu. Asked if I could make some adjustments to be able to fill my prescriptions for 3 months instead of 1. The \chick\ said to call when I wanted to set that up. ... THAT IS WHY I WAS CALLING! CVS used to be customer focused. They have become a warehouse for drugs and have absolutely NO customer service any longer. I'm actually going to transfer everything to HyVee or Price Chopper, where the livelihoods of the pharmacy staff depend on local folks filling their scripts. There is a gratitude at the local supermarkets, or even Walgreens that you don't get at CVS any longer. Also, why do CVS workers always look like they just woke up, from a van, down by the river? seriously! WAKE UP! PAY ATTENTION! Care about what you do!
Allowed me to make a covid appointment then after driving 30 minutes told me the people that do it aren’t here.
This CVS is awesome all the staff and pharmacist are always willing to help. I've never had any issues with anything and they have a large variety of products to choose from.
What a rude Pharmacist! Will never go back to this location.
