I was at a friends place when I met John Milberger while he was doing the service for my friend. I have used Ed Milberger for years now because they are so professional when it comes to the service. I have always gotten a message stating when they will get to my home, and I have always trusted each of the servicemen to enter the house while I am not there (I have no pets though either) Each time I am advised when they are finished, and if I ever see live pests after the service call I am encouraged to call back and they will do the service again no charge (never had to call back though, but I do have them come 4 times a year) Don't worry if they don't answer the phone because they are in high demand I just leave a message for them to call back. Trump would say \they're the best. Really great people. I highly recommend them.

We woke up and had ants covering the kitchen floor. We called and they got a tech out at 2pm same day. We decided to just do an overall spray for the entire house. We had an extremely knowledgeable tech, Robert, who educated and helped us with our issue. The pricing was very very fair, and I would highly recommend this company. Our parents have a 20yr relationship with this company and recommended them. They exceeded our expectations.

I have called this company twice, one of those times I spoke to a representative of the company who informed me that he was in the field and requested that I call back and leave a message on their answering machine. I've called twice, leaving a detailed message both times, and I have not heard back from them. Poor customer service!
