Not sure if this post goes here. Pictured below, Google Fiber installation was awesome. House was not built to receive fiber, but the tech made it happen. You can see how clean, detailed, and professional. Taking time to support the cable to reduce the cable droop. The other guys, let's call them company X, had a different approach. Landing the cable at the service at the box, then running the coax unsupported to the connection to the house (added a splitter). I rolled the coax up as service is disconnected, but you can imagine what it looked like. Thanks, and I am happy to be back! No issues with 3 folks \ZOOMING\ most of the day! We don't need down time during remote learning.

The young man was very knowledgeable and efficient. He easily accomplished what I was jumping through hoops trying to do over the phone on yesterday.

I LOVE Google Internet!!!! The equipment was free, and no monthly rental charges!!! They are easy to work with and to get help from. We love it and I will never go back to Time Warner Cable aka the \Sith Lords\ who now called themselves Spectrum. Time Warner/Spectrum has a bad habit of increasing the cost of your Internet constantly. It wasn't until Google was in our neighborhood that Time Warner decided to actually drop their fees and charges to a much lower rate. Really!!!?? That just angered me even more!!! Only when there was competition did I get a deal... Google has stayed solid with their pricing and I appreciate them for it. They also have kept their promises. I will probably be loyal for life. Zero down time and we work from home now.
