Super easy and friendly. Dropped off 10 work shirts for laundry and press and they came out great. A little more expensive than other places but I'll happily pay for quick turn around and friendly people. I've been to 3 other dry cleaners in the area that were awful so I'd recommend going here. Cindy was great and filled me in on all their services and options.

I recently moved to the Plaza area. I googled dry cleaning and they were one of the businesses that came up. I looked at their ratings and chose them. I got there right after the lady locked the door. She came back and opened the door so I could give her my dry cleaning. She had already shut down the computer so she just wrote what I had, my phone number and name. Went I went to pick my order up I had no problems and I was greeted by a nice young man. I was very pleased.
I brought in three coats to be dry cleaned two of the coats looked fantastic the third one was a vintage Coat wich had staining down the front on both sides which for some reason on the left side was removed on the right side the stain still remained. the good part is when I brought this to the attention of the attendant she immediately offered for no charge to have it redone and for me to pick up 3 days later.
I brought in a car seat cover with stains. It came back earlier than expected with the stains out and the young woman texted me when it was ready for pick up. Very quick and professional. Definitely would recommend!
I dropped off dress clothes for my entire family as we were heading to a wedding in Nebraska. My sister in laws dress had white scorched marks on it. My brother dress shirt appeared to be pressed on the hanger as the entire hanger out line was visible front and back. His sleeves were not pressed at all. At least they had jackets and sweaters to cover up the damage that was done. The positive was the staff was extremely nice and helpful as this was my first time using them and the time frame from drop off to pick up was prompt.
