What was the whole point. My daughter has an exparta against a man. He violated it and was arrested. Just left court. He got two years probation. If a piece of paper didn't keep him away, how is a second piece of paper going to do any good. She is afraid of him. Does she have to be shot by him before something is really done.

So far have no experience to share because they wont return my phone call. I received a letter asking me to call immediately and I get nothing...ever. Been a week now and I have to be present in the office Wednesday for something that could resolved quickly over the phone. Pathetic.
