People often do not like going to the Municipal Building (courts). But the Kansas City, Kansas facility is easy to find as a high-rise building and has plenty of accessible parking to make it an easy process. Always call the person/office you are going to, to be sure it is open.

It says it’s open but no one is answering. They really need to get it together
They're lazy and have inconvenient paeking for visitors making you walk around the entire building. The workers only give you the run around, making you tranfering you to someone only to be transfered back because no one actually wants to do anything. I think everytime i called their automated voice machince would put you on hold for several minutes before hanging up on you without warning.
I couldn’t pay my ticket online or through the phone. This is so ridiculous!
