If you are African American I wouldn’t recommend giving your business to this location. I have gone here twice and although there were several employees available to assist, both visits, the employees literally intentionally turned their heads away from me as if I should not have been there and I had to actually stand in front of someone in order to be helped. My husband has spent quite a bit of money at Kay’s over the past few years, and even when we lived in Florida the employees were nicer and much more helpful and pleasant than here in Kansas City Kansas. Based on my two experiences, we will no longer give our business or recommend this place of business.

Went in there told them I found a ring, they guaranteed that they could offer me a lower price, and not to purchase the ring through the other Kay outlet, so now I go pick up the ring and they tell oh we can’t honor that price and goes up 800 dollars more! Don’t go here they lie and swindle you.
