Great experience with adopting our dog. You are interviewed first and then they match YOU with a pet. It was different than I thought, since we didn't \tour\ the dogs, but really works out better. They couldn't have matched us with a better dog!

Website said we could look at dogs. We drive 40 miles. Check in went smooth. Waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told we had to pick one single dog out from the website to look at. We were under the impression we could view the dogs in person as sometimes a dog finds you. Picking an animal from photos and not having options in person just does not seem to be a fit for us.
I tried to adopted a kitten and there was a lady there giving me an attitude and not wanting give up the kitten for me to adopt it to a good home. Plus I talked to the manager there, and also he was also rude and refuse me to let me take the kitten home. And I’ve been going there to check up on the kitten so I can get her and to see if she’s okay. But decided to give up the kitten adoption to a lady who have 2 PITBULLS! Right in front of me. So messed up of what they did to me. And the kitten was literally afraid of the world to get adopted into a house with 2 pitbulls. If the employee there don’t like you, they will NOT let you adopt any pets. I’m beyond upset and they deserve -5 stars to be honest. - went there 4 days total -3 times to get paperwork done -3 attempt to pay to adopt -continuously and intentionally lie to me so I can’t Adopt the kitten I’ve been wanting so badly for 4 days. -NEVER RETURNING! Rude people don’t get my business especially my money.
This place is amazing! They helped me out so much and paired us with the perfect dog. So happy to say Matt is apart of our family now!
This is a great environment for our furry friends. The staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable and you can see they love animals. The facility is new , clean and comfortable for the cats and dogs. I've been to both the old and new facilities and I'm very pleased with this new facility. I know they are doing all they can to help these animals live happy and healthy lives and find good loving homes.
