Says it’s open, but it’s been closed for a while now... no sign or anything, not sure what’s going on.

I went on Valentines day and purchased 3 hats for almost 100 as a gift. That day the cashier was nice and helpful. I returned a week later (2-22-20) to have one personally embroidered, it was about noon and the young female teen by the embroidery machine said that we would have to leave it there and pick it up later, b/c she was about to leave, (I thought she was the one who ran the machine) but it should be done by 3:30 and they would call us, we run to do some errands and notice it was almost 4, so I call them and she tells me that he was working on it now, being Sat we had things to do I told her I'll await her call and pick it up later. WE NEVER GOT A CALL, and we head out there today (Sunday 2-23-20) and go back to the machine in the back and I tell her I was there to pick up the cap, while she's looking for it, she looks and I notice it wasn't even touched. NO LETTERS, NO EMBROIDERY, NO NOTHING. I asked her why haven't they completed it, she said she didn't know, she called a few people on her cell phone but no one answers. I asked to speak to her manager, and she says I don't have one, I asked her who does she call when she needs to talk to a supervisor or manager, she gives me a phone number to a Theresa, and I leave Theresa a message, waiting to see if she calls back. I also want to mention that the young cashier up front, (that was there yesterday & today) doesn't welcome anyone in, she is usually on her cell phone (looking down) and doesn't even approach you to see if you need assistance, until you physically go to her requesting a cap you can't reach, and even then she looks bothered. SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS \LIDS\ AT LEGENDS KCK, they have people there that don't want to help you, have an embroidery machine they don't know how to use and will waste your time when you go back to think your hat is finished.
The sign said that they close at 7 pm but when I arrived at 5:40 pm today they’ve already close
