Nataliya was wonderful to work with! She was so sweet and accommodating when I had questions or concerns about my wedding gown. She completed my alterations early and for a very reasonable price. She even took the time to make a video on how to bustle my gown so I could show my mom. Highly recommend!

THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! This team is AMAZING!!! AMAZING fast work! I'm talking minutes!!! I brought in 2 pair of Levi's that were too long a pink pair and a violet pair. I tried on the violet pair to show how long they were. The very kind, sweet spirited lady (uh man her name is on the tip on my tongue oh my! The mind is a horrible thing to waste, I can't remember ugh!) Anyway, by the time I tried on the violet pair she was handing me the pink pair!!!! Plus, I went home and brought back my Husband's leather jacket that I just purchased from Branson's Leather in Branson ,MO ( the sleeves were too long) and they were finshed with the 2nd pair of Levi's the violet ones and only took a hour to do the jacket!!! WHAT! THIS IS AWESOME!!!!! I recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

My absolutely favorite custom design shop and tailor!!! Nataliya is a fantastic clothing designer, who sat down with my sister and talked to here about what she liked and didn't like about herself, then sketched out a dress to meet her needs. Once they agreed on the dress look, price, and timeline .... Nataliya made the dress, which my sister absolutely LOVED. I've also had numerous pants and suits altered there - they've all been absolutely perfect!!!

I came to Lucia’s Sarto after having multiple alterations for my wedding dress with another alterationist. My dress never fit quite right and they didn’t understand why I wasn’t happy with it, so I wanted to get another opinion. Nataliya was a complete life saver. I came in four days before my wedding and in about 5 minutes she had pinned it to perfection and provided her expert recommendation. She was able to turn in around in two days and I was so so so happy with it. It looked absolutely beautiful and fit me perfectly on the day of! Her price was also incredibly reasonable (considering I had paid 4x as much at the other alterations shop)! I cannot recommend her enough. If I could give her a million stars I would.

Lucia’s Sarto helped me with a wedding dress and a party dress. She did an amazing job. The changes made to both dresses were exactly what I asked for. The wedding dress alterations involved many changes, but the end result was a perfect fit. I highly recommend you use this store for any alternations big or small.
