The staff was not welcoming at all. Made me afraid to ask for any assistance because they came off as if they hate their job. Went there to get tested for my state exam and one guy didn’t know how to work the computers. The girl they had assisting people wouldn’t even speak, she just helped without words as if if she’s a mute who wished she could just go home. When she did speak her tone said it all — she rather be home. I thought she was a guest who woke up on the wrong side of the bed until I see her assisting someone with their computer issues. Not ONE smile in sight. I didn’t expect chick-fil-a service, by any means, but at least be a bit more welcoming to the people walking inside your establishment. Make them feel comfortable. I’m not the only one in my class who felt this way, we all discussed it the next day at work. Unfortunately most of us took the survey about the staff before we had the chance to interact with the woman. Just be welcoming. It’s already hard enough and stressful for some coming to your establishment to take a test. Last thing they want is an unpleasant staff experience.

Good testing center. Was a little confused when arriving because the Google maps photo of the place didn't match the building nor did I see a sign for the business.
